FAQ

COUNTERTOPS

How does your countertop process work?

We offer a variety of countertop options from a number of sources, however our Builder Program allows for all customers to select quartz or stone in the program in fixed pricing tiers per square foot instead of a full slab purchase.

Once selection is made we issue an estimate and require a 50% deposit to secure the material and be placed on our templating and installation schedule.

We will think contact you to schedule a time for our professionals to come to your home and accurately measure your countertop. Before we fabricate, we revise your estimate on your approval. After fabrication, we schedule a date for installation.

How long does it typically take from material selection to installation?

Our availability is always changing with the seasons, we are generally booked 2 weeks to 3 months in advance depending on the level of services we are providing at the time.

What are the pros and cons of Natural Stone and Quartz?

Manufactured stone is the most durable material you can use on your countertop. It is mostly heat, scratch and spill resistant. While some natural stones come close to Quartz’s durability, all require regular sealing and are more susceptible to staining and scratching.

How do I maintain my countertop?

Special cleaner for your specific stone is required for most natural stone materials, however Quartz can be cleaned with most gentle cleaning agents. For best results, all natural stone countertops require sealing every 6 months to 1 year.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

We will always try to cancel an order when possible, however sometimes it is not possible after shipment. If delivery has been made, we contact our vendors to request a return on the specific item. If approved, we will ship back with a 20% restocking fee and inbound/outbound freight deducted. All customers with returns due to buyer error or remorse must contact our showroom directly within 30 days of delivery.
